HEARTSTRONG
Heartstrong is a 14 year old stunning dark bay mare. She had a short racing career with only 3 starts and one win. Since then she was used as a broodmare but was recently spotted in a kill pen. Her previous connections stepped up for her and sent her to RMR for QT and retraining.
Heartstrong has obviously been through a lot. She was very frightened in the horse trailer but quickly calmed down when we reassured her it she was safe. She is easy to handle on the ground and very respectful with good manners. I can not express how classy and beautiful this sweet mare is.
She is currently being ridden several times a week. She is a lovely mount who is very willing to please. She rides over any trail obstacle and will do anything you ask her to. It is obvious that she was ridden quite a bit since she was retired. She is currently available for adoption.
